Backstory

The year is 21XX. The Earth is under attack by a overwhelming alien force. When all hope is lost, a hero rises up. Commander Sir Gilleon - Hero of the people, Defender of Neo Fortus, Protector of the innocent, Avenger of the fallen, Revenger of the avenged, Last hope of Humanity.

Sadly for the noble Sir Gilleon it is your job  to command an attack against. But of course  we aliens have our traditions, we aren't monsters after all. So the attack will come in neatly organized wave's consisting of units that will beeline Sir Gilleon.

So all you really have to do is choose which units will attack. Do keep in mind that HQ has only given you 25 waves and 15 minutes to defeat Sir Gilleon. If you don't succeed within the allowed timeframe we will consider this entire invasion a complete failure

 Gameplay

- Goal: Kill Sir Gilleon within 15 minutes.

- Resources:The game consists of 25 waves, 30 seconds each. Each wave you will get resources you can spend to buy units. Resources don't carry over to the next wave, so make sure you spend all you resources each round. Because aliens are, of course, honorable fighters. So saving up all your resources for 1 giant wave is, of course, not allowed by alien laws.

- Destruction: Basically everything on the map can be destroyed. Because, why not?

Developer notes

This is probably not the first game jam submission where you read this, but i am a solo developer and this is my first game jam. So i am happy with the result but there are some things to keep in mind:

-Difficulty: Currently the game is terribly balanced, possibly even impossible to beat. So remember: even if you don't defeat Sir Gilleon, i am still proud on you for trying :)
Also if you manage to get him bellow 25k health you can count that as a win.

-Sound: Because many audio clips can be playing at the same time(explosions, gun-shots etc.) it's possible that the audio system breaks.

-Strange stuff: There are many things happening at once in the game and i didn't have the time to properly test it. So expect strange, possibly game-breaking, bugs.
